About usBack in 1999 Maui still didn't have a real pizza restaurant like I remembered from my childhood. You know, homemade dough, the smells of fresh bread baking and of course the wonderful pizza crust. So with the family recipe in hand, I started pizza in Paradise. This wasn't going to be a fast food restaurant but a throwback to the days when people cared about eating good food. We never serve fast food but fresh food as fast as we can. Our commitment to quality food means that we make everything we can from scratch right here in the restaurant including: pizza dough, all of our sauces, salad dressings, all our pasta and entree dishes, and of course we blend our own cheeses.

We also like to give back to the community that supports us!
