All our Gourmet pizza's were inspired by my mom "Mama Jean"

1 Roman Veggie:

Roman traditions meet new tastes. Our own alfredo sauce then we add artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, fresh spinach and topped this Roman delite with fine Feta cheese.

2. BBQ Pit:

The backyard BBQ feast in a pizza. We start with onions, green peppers, ground beef and topped with pulled pork then we finish this pizza with Kansis City style BBQ sauce.

3. Fiesta:

Why wait to party Mexican style when you can celebrate anytime with the speciality pie? This pie has our cheese blend, ground beef, bacon, jalapenos, onions, and our own spicy south of the border seasoning. To finish the fiesta off with top it with cheddar cheese. Some like it hot!!

4. Texas Hold-em BBQ Chicken:

We don't hold back , we give your 4 aces full of flavor. Tasty strips of marinated chicken, onions, green peppers, bacon, corn and topped with a tangy BBQ sauce.

5. Eggplant Biancha:

Strips of eggplant, topped with sun dried tomatoes our cheese blend and ricotta cheese to finish this pizza off with add a touch of basil and our white herbed garlic sauce.

6. Chicken Pesto:

We start with our own basil pesto sauce then add blended cheese, marinated chicken, onions topped with dun dried tomatoes and ricotta cheese.

7. Mediterranean Melody:

This is the finest gourmet pizza on Maui! Garden fresh tomatoes, onions, artichoke hearts, olives, sun dried tomatoes our cheese blend, fine Feta cheese parmeasean cheese baked withour own basil pesto sauce and topped with pure olive oil and fresh garlic.
