We bake all our own Italian bread for the subs.

1. Eggplant Parm Sub

Egglant topped with marinara sauce, parmsean cheese and garnished with loads of cheese then baked to prefection in our stone lined oven.

2. Calzone Sub

We actually bake the bread for this sub when you order it! Our own flatbread sandwich with your choice of deli meats (see below); with lettuce, tomato, mayo and a 3 cheese blend which is melted to bring out the rich flavors. with your choice of our homemade dressings. This is our signature sandwich.

3. Oven Baked Sub Sandwiches

You can buy a sub anywhere, but you can ONLY get an real Oven Baked Sub here! Baked with our cheese blend just right with your choice of one to two meats from our deli meat selection (see below), with lettuce, tomato, mayo. We actually bake our own bread from our family recipe.

4. Meatball Oven Baked Sub

The classic meatball sub Pizza in Paradise style. Plenty of meatballs, maranara sauce and of course topped with loads of cheese then baked until melted.

5. Italian Grinder Sub

A tasty combination of of ham, genoa salami, with lettuce, tomato, tomato, toasted sub, topped with our cheese blend then garnished with oregano. This sub is normally served cold.

6. Maui Cheese Steak Sub

You may have had this elsewhere but our version is DA best! We sautee onions,k fresh mushroom and greed pepper with marinated steak then put in in our italian loaf cover it with cheese then melt this bad boy just right.

7. Traditional Calzone

First I must say that there are many imitators, but once you have our calzone, you will know what the real thing is suppose to taste like. A delicious individual "turnover" made the old fashioned way each hand rolled and stuffed with the items that you like. Because they are hand made please give us at least 15 minutes to make yours. Due to the size of the calzone we would like to limit the amount of items to 5.

Basic Calzone is with just cheese, additional items can be added per your request, just let us know what you want inside.
